The value of land transactions registered on 21-06-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 69 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 15 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 12.5136 million paid for a 11376 sq feet area in Al Barsha First.An amount of Dhs 11.6 million, for a 56285 sq feet area of land in Mardaf, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 7.8 million paid for a 47464 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
The single biggest plot sold was 56285 sq feet at Mardaf for the sum of Dhs 11.6 million. The second biggest was the 47464 sq feet area in Mardaf that sold for Dhs 7.8 million.
