The value of land transactions registered June 13 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 50 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 6 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 22 million paid for a 5990 sq feet area in Naif.An amount of Dhs 17.4912975 million, for a 23321.73 sq feet area of land in Emirates Hills Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 6 million paid for a 3921.5 sq feet area in the Naif district.
The single biggest plot sold was 23321.73 sq feet at Emirates Hills Second for the sum of Dhs 17.4912975 million. The second biggest was the 5990 sq feet area in Naif that sold for Dhs 22 million.
