The value of land transactions registered on 14-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 66 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 16 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 14 million paid for a 79869 sq feet area in Al Qusais Industrial First.An amount of Dhs 9.704489 million, for a 39348 sq feet area of land in Al Bada, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 6.81783 million paid for a 21932 sq feet area in the Jumeria First district.
The single biggest plot sold was 79869 sq feet at Al Qusais Industrial First for the sum of Dhs 14 million. The second biggest was the 39348 sq feet area in Al Bada that sold for Dhs 9.704489 million.
