Dubai's crown prince orders construction of art complex

Dubai's crown prince Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum ordered the construction of an opera house and two museums to be built on a man-made island in Dubai Creek, WAM reported. The Dubai's art complex will cover 280,000 square meters.
