During Q1 of 2004: Saudi Arabia - Jordan's largest trade partner

Saudi Arabia was Jordan's largest trade partner in terms of imports during the first quarter of 2004, with 18.7 percent of total imports. The value of Jordan's imports from Saudi Arabia amounted to JD 220.3 million compared to JD 123 million for the same period last year. 

 

According to the monthly bulletin of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, China came second with 7.9 per cent and with a total imports of JD 92.8 million. 

 

The US came third with 7.4 per cent to reach JD 87.3 million, followed by Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Syria, Egypt, South Korea, Spain, UAE, Turkey and Israel. (menareport.com)
