Dubai's Executive Council has awarded Dubai-based Emaar Properties a contract to construct Dh10 billion worth of housing units in the emirate for UAE nationals. Under the project, 10,000 high quality housing units will be built in various parts of the emirate.
Dubai-based Amlak Finance, a mortgage finance company owned by Emaar, has been mandated to provide financing to UAE nationals interested in participating in this program. Emaar will receive applications from UAE nationals starting June 4.
Emaar will be responsible for promoting, marketing and selling the units, while Amlak will provide financing options for the UAE national buyers.
