Emaar Properties has completed its first project in India and now intends to invest in Punjab, Haryana and Karnataka. It plans to invest some $500 million in the developing of townships in four different locations in Punjab.
The company is yet to finalize its investment for its proposed projects at Gurgaon in Haryana and in Bangalore.
