Emaar International Development, an international arm of Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based Public Joint Stock Company listed on the Dubai Financial Market, is working on joint venture projects in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan and other Gulf Cooperation Council states.
According to Khaleej Times, the international division of Emaar Properties has also signed a deal with the Andhra Pradesh state government to establish commercial, residential and leisure facilities, and a high tech convention centre in the south Indian city of Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, Emaar Middle East will invest SR2 billion in two real estate projects in Dammam and Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
