Emaar Properties has revised the dividend proposals made earlier by the company to 13 per cent cash dividend and 7 per cent stock dividend.
The announcement was made during the annual general meeting of shareholders held Wednesday.
The company's property revenues were up by 41 per cent at Dh5.24 billion, while the Earnings Per Share had increased by 137 per cent to 64 fils.
