Emirates Sunland Group has announced the launch of its ‘Sky Home Residences’, a collection of penthouse-quality residential suites ranging up to 2,987 sq ft (278 sq m) in the landmark AUD 660 million D1 tower, located in the heart of Culture Village, adjacent to the majestic Palazzo Versace Dubai.

While many competitors allocate one or two penthouses in a development, Emirates Sunland has taken a different approach by providing a collection of two and three bedroom apartments that match the spaciousness, grandeur and quality of even the most discerning penthouses.  The Sky Home Residence apartments are from floors 42 to 60.

Each prestigious home boasts Bosche and Miele appliances, multi-zoned air conditioning, front door intercom with video screens, secure parking, visitor valet parking and 24-hour concierge.  Residents also have exclusive access to the Skyrise lounge on level 41, private cinema, juice bar, as well as swimming pool, gymnasium and 24 hour concierge.

Sunland’s emphasis on quality and luxury will be showcased throughout D1, with special features and finishes applied to the collection of Sky Home Residences.  Following the success of the award winning Q1 in Australia, Sunland believes D1’s external architectural design and interior finishes will set a new benchmark in Dubai.

Already 70 per cent of the 80-storey luxury development has been sold with the majority of buyers being expatriates and investors from Iran, India, the UK and Russia.  Prices for D1 currently average approximately AED 4446 per sq ft.
