E-business solutions provider Codify Systems (CSI) recently announced the expansion of its global alliance with Siebel Systems into the Middle East and Africa, as well as a regional partnership with Emirates technology Company (Emitac), stated a press release.
With its new Dubai Internet city location, CSI aims to have a $25 million turnover in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in their first year in the region.
The combination of Siebel Systems technology and CSI solutions, together with Emitac's market presence in the region, will enable companies to transform their businesses into customer-centric operations. CSI will provide multi channel sales, marketing, customer service systems and post-sales support.
Established in 1974, Emitac’s technology product portfolio includes networking and security, computer systems products and solutions. Emitac represents Hewlett - Packard in the UAE and has strategic tie-ups with many blue chip companies in the information technology (IT) sector.
