ETA Star, the property development arm of the ETA Ascon Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in the Middle East, has awarded over UAE Dirham, 50 million worth of contracts enabling foundation works for various tower projects during the last six months.
ETA Star is in the process of launching two high-profile projects in Dubai, both located at Salahuddin Road, catering to the city’s growing commercial and hospitality needs. While the contract for the office building was awarded to Arabian Forasol, the International Foundation bagged the contract for the hotel apartment project. The Goldcrest Executive and Goldcrest Views-2 contracts were awarded to Dutch Foundation.

Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said, “ETA Star is focused on ensuring that all its projects maintain remarkably high standards, and lays particular emphasis on the foundation work that precedes actual construction. The award of each contract followed a detailed evaluation process, where all aspects from the unique requirements of specific projects to the core expertise of various bidding companies were considered.”
