Currencies are extended but it is dangerous to be short until there is sufficient evidence of a USD bottom. Many currencies are at yearly highs against the USD and media talk is increasingly USD bearish. Warnings are plenty that a turn will occur soon. As soon as I see signs of weakness, I will advocate taking action through an alert at DailyFX.
