British Airways has launched a new promotion for families traveling to London, Europe and the US from Abu Dhabi this summer. Bookings need to be made by May 23 and purchase must be made within 96 hours of the booking. Available for travel from June 1 until July 31, 2002, tickets must be purchased in Abu Dhabi and all travel must originate and end in Abu Dhabi.
With the purchase of four Club World (business class) return tickets, families will get a fifth ticket free. This offers families traveling in Club World a saving of 20 percent on the total cost of air travel with British Airways to the UK, Europe or the USA. British Airways offers a daily flight, departing Abu Dhabi at 02:10 and arriving at London Heathrow at 06:50.
All British Airways flights to and from Abu Dhabi offer Arabic speaking cabin crew, halal food, Arabic-language audio and video entertainment and Arabic language newspapers. A special greeting service for Arab customers in London called the Middle East Visitor Service (MEVS) is also available to provide assistance with customs, immigration and onward travel arrangements. — (menareport.com)
