Tabreed, the UAE's National Central Cooling Co. (PJSC) and Al Jaber Group have announced that they had signed a mutual agreement where Tabreed will supply cooling to Fujairah's tallest tower, which is being developed by Al Jaber Group.

Al Jaber Tower is is being built in Fujairah's downtown, on Sh. Hamad Street. The 43-storey tower will reach a height of 170 meters and is comprised of 270 apartments, commercial shops and showrooms. The tower is being built by Al Jaber Contracting and was designed by Al Diwan Engineering and Consulting.

Mr. Obaid Al Jaber Chairman of al Jaber groups said: “The Emirate of Fujariah has been witnessing a boom in the real estate and economic development sectors and we are certain that this distinctive tower will help add quality and class to the real estate market in Fujairah. What we are aiming at is to provide a superior service to our tenants, thus, our choice of using Tabreed's outstanding cooling services, as the company has an impeccable service history and high quality techniques.”

Mohamed Al Qamzi, Tabreed's Chief Operating Officer, was delighted with this mutual cooperation and commented: “We are proud to have been chosen by Al Jaber Group to provide them with our services and we are certain that this project will open the doors to more opportunities and developments in the city of Fujairah. Tabreed has proven its leadership in the district cooling market and it is very obvious that our services are in high demand.”

Furthermore, the Government of Fujairah has recently granted Tabreed a strategic land in a prime location on Sh. Hamad Street to develop a district cooling scheme that will serve the Al Jaber Tower as well as any new developments on that street. This can be considered a proof of acknowledgment of Tabreed's important role in protecting the environment and reducing power consumption.
