Fujitsu Siemens Computers signs Emircom as a corporate partner

Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) signed on Emircom as a ccorporate partnerorporate partner in Abu Dhabi. Emircom is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates Holdings, specializing in the field of communication, computing and measurement. 

 

The alliance marks a strategic shift in FSC’s focus, which has expanded to include the high-end enterprise computing products segment, accompany statement read. FSC already operates in the successfullyprofessional and consumer Personal Computer (PC) and mobile computing marketsproduct segments in the region.  

 

Emircom, which began operations in 1984, offers systems integration and Information Technology (IT) solutions to medium to large corporations and multi-national organizations. The company designs, sells, implements, integrates and manages local area networks (LAN), wide area networks, client/server applications as well as emerging technologies such as Internet/intranet and e-business solutions.  

 

FSC was founded in 1999 as a joint venture of Fujitsu Ltd and Siemens AG and operates in all key markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Based in Maarssen, Netherlands, FSC’s products are assembled and built to order at the manufacturing facilities situated in Augsburg, Paderborn and Sömmerda in Germany.  

 

FSC product offering includes Notebooks, PCs, workstations, Intel- and Unix-based servers, mainframes and storage solutions. — (menareport.com)
