A new joint agreement to distribute and market Galileo's Global Distribution System to Tunisian travel agents was signed this week by Galileo Emirates, Galileo Pakistan and Group Mohsen Hachicha (GMH).

The deal gives Tunisian agents world-wide access to the Galileo Reservation System and its productivity and management tools. GMH will now use the combined strengths of Galileo Emirates and Galileo Pakistan to promote the new system and transform it into Tunisia's leading travel distribution channel.

The link between Galileo Emirates and GMH will give agents the latest IT platform, offering fast response times and access to Galileo's full product range, including the latest version of Viewpoint, its graphical user interface.

Galileo International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Travel Services Division of Cendant Corporation. Since 1991, it has been the preferred system distributed by the ARABI group of airlines to Middle East travel agents, internet travel web-sites and tour operators. ARABI is part of AACO, the Arab Air Carriers' Organization, the regional association of Arab airlines based in the Arab League of States. — (menareport.com)
