The Gulf Cooperation Council GCC's unified industrial strategy aims at increasing the percentage of national labor in the industrial sector to 75 percent by 2020. A report, issued by the Public Authority for Industry, indicated that the main goals of the unified GCC strategy, is to accelerate industrial development in the GCC countries based on each countries capabilities.
The report, carried by KUNA, showed that targets also include increasing development rates in the industrial sector, as ways of increasing the total value added to the industrial transformation every 10 years. (menareport.com)
