Dubai Waterfront this week came into the limelight and caught the attention of regional investors, Khaleej Times reported.
A proportion of key plots in one of the main beach districts of Madinat Al Arab was released to the market and snapped up within 48 hours by a number of regional and international developers. The downtown will comprise multipurpose commercial, residential, resort and amenity zones and will be anchored by Al Burj, one of the world's tallest towers and a symbol of the ambition of the city.
