Diyar Al Muharraq Leads in Value of Sales Transactions as part of RERA’s Q4 Real Estate Market Report

Diyar Al Muharraq has secured the leading position for value of sales transactions in the Kingdom, as part of the Q4 2025 Real Estate Market Report published by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). According to the report, Diyar Al Muharraq achieved a total of 196 sales transactions in the fourth quarter, generating a transaction value of BD 32.9 million, exceeding prominent areas within Bahrain.
