Saudi Arabia’s Integrated Visions Group (IV) recently revealed that it has formed a strategic partnership with CompuSoft, the specialists in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in the Middle East, stated a press release.
Aimed at complementing and enhancing the capabilities of both parties, the alliance includes the purchase by IV of a 60 percent stake in CompuSoft. The partnership enables CompuSoft to draw upon the IV Group's extensive intellectual and financial capabilities to expand its range of services and to tailor its products to satisfy local market needs.
