The International Bank of Yemen (IBY) has signed a representation agreement with American Express, reported Ath-Thawra. YIB will represent the payment brand in the Arab state as of January 2004.
IBY was established in 1979 by a Presidential decree. The full service bank is headquartered in Sana'a with branches in most of major cities in Yemen. The bank offers its customers a comprehensive range of banking services which include personal banking , commercial and corporate banking, trade related facilities, foreign exchange and money transfer services. — (menareport.com)
