An line-up of international exhibitions and conferences has been drawn up for Dubai Shopping Festival 2003 (DSF), creating an attraction for thousands of more people to visit the festival which will be held from January 15 to February 15 under the theme One World. One Family. One Festival.
The consumer and trade exhibitions will cover a number of retail and manufacturing areas while the conferences will include a forum on Free Zones and Technology Parks on January 15 and the Seatrade Middle East Maritime Convention February 3-5. Most of the exhibitions will also feature seminars and conferences.
The International Exhibition and Conference on Free Zones and Technology Parks (Freezex 2003) will focus on free zones, technology parks, ports, airports and infrastructure builders and supply chain management companies, investment and related financial services.
Arab Health, the Middle East's premier hospital, medical equipment and services exhibition will be held January 26-29, while the Middle East Electricity Exhibition featuring a range of electrical equipments and projects, will be held from January 19-21.
Other exhibitions include Packtech International/Printech-Publitech International 2003 from January 12-15 featuring goods and services in the packaging, printing and plastics industries, the International Autumn Trade Fair from January 15-16 and Sign & Graphic Imaging Middle East 2003 from January 19-21, a trade exhibition and seminar on machinery equipment, products and services for the visual communication market and screen-printing industries.
There will also be a Materials Handling and Distribution Exhibition, the region's biggest freight and cargo equipment show from January 20-22 and INTERSEC from January 27-29, which is an international exhibition that will focus on commercial security, fire, police, rescue and safety equipment.
The Tammoh Annual 1st Projects Exhibition will be held from January 27-28, the Arab Lab Exhibition on laboratory technology, instrumentation equipment and services will take place from February 3-6, the Kitchens & Bathrooms Exhibition from February 3-5, the Gulf Light Exhibition on commercial and residential lighting will be held from February 3-5 while an Imaging & Photo Products Exhibition will be held from February 11-13. — (menareport.com)
