Investcorp Puts More Eggs in UK Basket With Industrial Units Acquisitions in Scotland

Bahrain’s Investcorp has acquired five industrial units in Scotland for GBP 11.5 million.

In a statement, Investcorp stated that the acquisition is the latest in a series of investments that the firm has undertaken across the UK and Germany as part of its broader pan-European real estate strategy.

Yusef Al Yusef, Managing Director at Investcorp in Kuwait and Abu Dhabi, said that this acquisition is consistent with Investcorp’s strategy to acquire income-generating industrial and logistics assets based in the UK.

Investcorp has invested more than GBP 250 million across its portfolio of UK and European real estate assets since June 2017.
