Iran exports $188 million worth of cars and spare parts

The Iranian Director General of the Exports Department and the Ministry of Industry and Mines, Ahmed Qasemy, stated that Iran has exported $188 million worth of cars and car spare parts in recent months, reported Al-Wefaq . Inaugurating the Second Automobile, Engines and Spare Parts Exhibition in Khurasan , Qasemy described this export volume as low compared to the country’s available manufacturing capabilities.  

 

According to the Iranian Minister of Transportation and Roads, Ahmed Kharam, there are 50 motorcycle-manufacturing companies in Iran. These plants produce motorcycles based on international standards and specifications. — (menareport.com)
