The head of the Hormuzgan Customs Office said on Sunday that 1.185 million tons of goods were exported from the southern province of Hormuzgan during the first month of the current Iranian calendar year of 1384 (started March 21, 2005). According to <i>IRNA</I>, Mohammad Parsa added that the figure registered a rise of 250 percent compared to the same period last year.
