Iranian city of Yazd exports $21,258 worth of handicrafts in March and April

Some $21,258 worth of handicrafts were exported from the Iranian city of Yazd in March and April 2002, confirmed the Iranian Handicrafts Organization (IHO). IHO announced that 23 domestic and 24 international exhibitions will be held this coming year to promote the Iranian handicraft market. 

 

IHO has concentrated its efforts on the promotion of handicrafts from the cultural, social and economical levels since 1965. It is active in the fields of technical training, design, production, sales and export of Iranian handicrafts. — (menareport.com)
