As part of its strategy to expand its activities and services to Jordanian Armed Forces’ cadre as well as residents in the Biader Wadi Al Sir area, MobileCom has inaugurated a new service center in the Military Consumer Establishment ”Aswaq Al-Salam”.
MobileCom Chief Executive Officer, Mickael Ghossein speaking at the opening, commented: "I would first like to congratulate our team for all the hard work they have done in producing such an attractive service center for our customers, particularly for the Jordanian Armed Forces members. Getting our offer out into the heart of our customers is so important, just as important as providing high quality services and high caliber, well trained staff."
“The centre is well equipped to offer comprehensive services, which meet the various needs of customers. The shop will provide all MobileCom’s offers for postpaid, prepaid cards, and a wide range of the latest mobile phones,” concluded Ghossein. In addition the centre will provide bill payment services, different promotional offers and after sale services such as activating GPRS, MMS and roaming services.
In response, Military Consumer Establishment General Manager, Jamal Qaisi said: “We are pleased to have a MobileCom service shop in our market as this will enhance the comprehensive nature of our offer and meet our customers’ expectations.”
Al Salam Market is located in Biader Wadi Al Sir. MobileCom’s service center will operate from 10:00 am till 10:00pm, Saturday through Thursday.
