The Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) signed an agreement with Amlaki to provide business process analysis and consulting as well as the technology tools required to manage JBR's bookings and reservations systems.
The Amlaki solution, which utilizes the Amlaki Application, is customized to meet JBR's business needs and will computerize and standardize business processes, from apartment bookings and sales scheduling activities to prospect selection, a customer relationship management system, call center automation and finances.
Established in 2000 and based at the Dubai Internet City (DIC), Amlaki is owned by a well-known group of investors mainly from the real estate sector. With a Solutions Development Division and a Sales and Marketing Division
Amlaki will support JBR's management through the recently released Manager Monitor, which would draw out all the core information from the Application and present it in a summarized manner quickly and efficiently. This would allow any manager within the organization to track all activities within the organization. Reports will be available to JBR management regarding available units in any particular building and payments, allowing for a better insight into customer trends and pricing preferences.
The Amlaki Customer Relationship Management System will allow JBR's call center to enter information about each and every call received as well as the action taken. Client records will be searched through this module and screens will be provided to keep track of payments, inquiries and the actions taken at each stage. Call center agents will be able to assign an inquiry to any JBR team-member who would receive notifications at the time of login.
A reply feature would enable the JBR team to respond immediately. Detailed reports and statistics will be created for all external contacts with record maintained for all inquiries posted by a client so that it may be examined at any point in the future. Automated reminders will notify the assigned JBR personnel in case of overdue payments and agreements due for signature.
