Nineteen renovated houses were on Sunday handed back to their owners as part of King Hamad's program to ensure decent living for low-income Bahrainis. According to the GDN, the houses are located in Demistan, Jidhafs, Barbar, Janusan, Al Malkiya, Dar Klib, Al Hijr, North Al Sehla, Bani Jamra, Halat Al Sahlat, Karana, Al Hamala, Karzakan and Diraz.
A total of 100 dilapidated houses have been completed while work is in full swing to revamp 260 others.
