KM Properties, the real estate development arm of KM Holding, is launching the latest in a series of innovative developments at Dubai’s Business Bay at Cityscape this week.

TAMANI Arts Offices is set to become the business epicentre of Dubai’s prestigious Business Bay development. The ground plus 20-storey stunning glass and steel tower will provide the very latest in cutting edge technology to provide a seamless business platform.

“Located in the iconic Artisan Cluster in Business Bay on the creek, TAMANI Arts Offices will offer easy and convenient access to some of Dubai’s most notable landmarks and recreational destinations, including Burj Dubai, Old Town, Dubai Mall and Sheikh Zayed Road. It is going to be the most significant address for business for those who are thinking of opening or setting up office in New Dubai,” said Dr. Mohamed Haddad Chairman and CEO of KM Holding, parent company of KM Properties.

The Artisan Cluster, spanning a built-up area of approximately two million square feet, is an exceptional development in Business Bay consisting of clusters of iconic towering structures that comprises of hotels, commercials towers and residential buildings. These structural wonders are each designed by renowned design engineers, urban planners and architects of Terry Farrell and Partners; the renowned designers of the Greenwich Peninsula in London. The tower designs are truly reflective of an artisan’s love for unique beauty enveloped in varied motifs and themes.

“TAMANI Arts Offices will offer exceptionally designed boutique offices and will boast a grand reception and lobby lounge; large and spacious retail outlets; modern designed business offices; an on-site art museum supporting local artists; and a complete suite of IT services, including high speed internet access and IT infrastructure security,” said Dr. Haddad.

Coupled with the adjacent TAMANI Arts Hotel, the TAMANI Arts Office creates a new mixed use development in the Business Bay area. Offices will boast grand views across Business Bay to the west and the neighbouring central park to the east, while a strong use of contemporary visual arts from local artists will give the building a distinct local flavour and connection with Dubai’s culture.

Flexible and highly efficient floor plates will cater for micro-tenancies suitable for rep offices right up to multi-floor tenancies for large organisations. Meanwhile, retail tenancies in the TAMANI Arts Offices podium will provide excellent opportunities for boutiques, cafes and office services companies.

As with all TAMANI developments, owners and tenants at TAMANI Arts Offices will benefit from the TAMANI Exclusive facility management services. These include 24-hour concierge and valet, on-call engineering and maintenance services, efficient housekeeping, and access to fully-equipped business centres and meeting rooms, as well as catering and banqueting services on request.

The UK’s Terry Farrell & Partners will act as consultants on this project. The joint venture will see Terry Farrell & Partners working on a number of real estate developments for KM Properties across the Middle East and worldwide.
