Kuwait's Minister of Planning and Minister of State for Administrative Development Affairs Dr. Maasouma Al-Mubarak has asserted the importance of coordination between GCC countries when studying effects of world trade agreements on regional markets.
In a speech to the GCC's 4th Economic Forum, Al-Mubarak stated that Gulf countries needed to create economic boundaries for the common interest of Arab countries. According to Kuna, she added that the GCC success in dealing with WTO members depended on these members' ability to make the essential changes.
