Kuwaiti Tamdeen Real Estate Company has awarded the project for the construction of its al-Manshar Rotana hotel to the local contractor Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Co, it was reported on June 29, 2005.
The contract is valued at US$24 million and will be executed in 24 months.
Covering an area in excess of 40,000 square meters, Al Manshar Residential Towers and Retail Complex can be conveniently accessed from the Gulf road which has the advantage of further shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. It constitutes the largest residential and retail service in the Fahaheel community and also lies adjacent to Tamdeen's newly awarded major Fahaheel Waterfront Development Project, the largest of its kind in the south of Kuwait.
