The Al-Khorafi Construction company has been awarded a contract to construct a new building for the Saudi Embassy in Kuwait, as well as a home for the Saudi Ambassador, according to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat daily.
The Khorafi Company will execute this $15 million contract over a 20-month period. Twelve companies, including a Saudi enterprise, have submitted bids for the contract.
Al-Khorafi Construction deals with a wide variety of projects such as pre-engineered buildings, oil refineries, shopping centers, high-rise buildings, and power plants. Among its clients are Kuwaiti government ministries as well as Far eastern giants such as Mitsubishi and Hyundai. ― (MENA Report)
