The general manager of the Kuwaiti "Al-Mishkah Group for Real Estate", Dr. Hussein Hamza, announced on the occasion of the group's participation in a real estate exhibition in Egypt, that the company markets land plots in Salalah, the administrative and tourist capital of Dhofar Province in Oman. He mentioned that the annual yield on investments in Salalah ranges between 15% and 35%, according to studies conducted by the group. These studies indicated a rise in lands' prices during the last five years, reported the Kuwaiti
newspaper, Al-Watan (May 26, 2005).
