A Kuwaiti real estate company published Wednesday a report showing that the local real estate sector had continued to prosper. The report, issued by the Al-Mutakhassis Real Estate company, noted that property markets both in Kuwait and outside it have continued to make headway for the third week in a row.
As a result of this trend, property prices rose. Adittionally, the market transactions involving property sales or purchases also went up by 13 percent.
