The pioneering commercial freehold development from Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH), Lagoon Bahrain, recently announced the establishment of 'The Lagoon Lounge', on Amwaj Islands, an onsite, customer relations center.
The center, located off of the Kingdom's Muharraq coast, is expected to process investor transactions of up to $120 million in the coming weeks, according to Gulf News.
High-interest MoUs pledged since the project's launch just 16 weeks ago will be converted into contracts during during this time.
"We are expecting a considerable amount of business to be conducted in the Lagoon Lounge over the next couple of months, including the signing of up to 50 contracts with a total value of around $120million," said Rashad Janahi, chief executive of developers Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH).
