The General Assembly of the Lebanese Commerce Bank decided to raise its capital value to $100 million, reported Al-Hayat . The General Assembly commissioned the Board of Directors to execute the decision immediately. The Commerce Bank faced financial difficulties two years ago following its merger with the Allied Lebanese Bank.
