LIFEBOOK P7010, a modular professional notebook has just been launched in the Middle East. Belonging to the LIFEBOOK series from Fujitsu Siemens Computers, the leading international IT company, it weighs only 1.3 kg, and with ultra-compact dimensions of 19.9 cm x 26.1 cm, can sit on even the smallest airplane tray-tables. The LIFEBOOK P7010 is aimed at professionals, especially women executives, who like to travel light without compromising on the features they require in a high-performing notebook.

"The concept of an ultra-portable notebook refers primarily to its light weight and small form factor, criteria that often preclude the inclusion of a modular bay and thus restrict the practicality of the device," explained Susanne Lewitzki, Product Marketing Manager, Fujitsu Siemens Computers.

"LIFEBOOK P7010 has redefined the concept of ultra-portability by adding a modular bay, as a value-addition for a combo drive, a multi standard DVD burner or second battery, and yet arriving at dimensions and weight unmatched by any other notebook in the market. We are therefore positioning it as an ideal companion of traveling professionals, especially businesswomen, not only because of the slim look but the also the high-end computing features."
