ALBAWABA- Twitter rival Threads logged 10 million users in its first seven hours of release! But there is a catch, It is missing important features that Twitter offers its users.
The application is gaining traffic after Twitter's recent changes that made its users unhappy. Changes like limiting unverified accounts to read 600 posts per day and newer unverified accounts to 300 per day.

What features are Meta's Threads missing?
1) Hashtags in Threads
Hashtags are a crucial part of social media and are absent from Meta's Threads. Since hashtags cannot be used, users' posts will reach a fewer audience which leads to less interaction.
2) inconvenience in switching accounts
Zuckerberg's Threads makes switching accounts inconvenient, if you have a number of accounts to manage you have to log out and log in to the other one, unlike Instagram which is straight to the point.
3) Slow and UI/UX elements missing
Since Threads is a new application expect many bugs and lag while surfing it. Additionally, some users are finding the UI design of Threads confusing.
For example, likes and replies are hard to track, and elements like analytics do not exist in Threads like its competitor Twitter.
