The fourth Home Owner Dubai exhibition is being held from Thursday 26 January to Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Madinat Arena, Jumeirah, Dubai. Home Owner Dubai, organised by Motivate Events, is the Number One exhibition and seminar for residential property in the UAE and across the Gulf. 80% of the exhibition space has already been confirmed.
Set to be one of the biggest residential property events in 2006, the exhibition will be a one-stop-shop of information for the investor. Due to its success in the previous three exhibitions, Home Owner Dubai will double in size in 2006.
More than 4,000 visitors attended Home Owner Dubai 2005, with 86% actively looking to purchase or invest in a property. One exhibitor last year sold out the 160 properties he brought to the show over the three days of the exhibition.
Commitment to property is as strong as ever. Rental prices rose, on average, by 38% in 2005. What’s more, ownership of holiday, retirement and second homes, as well as the emergence of a resale market (which can now boast premiums between 10 and 25%), illustrate the activity in and the strength of residential property markets in the region.
