ESS is a customer relationship management tool that can ensure organizations are continuously in touch with their employees', partners', and customers' opinions and views.
Fastlink, Jordan's leading GSM operator with over 575,000 subscribers, is now using ESS to design, administer, publish and manage comprehensive electronic surveys. Electronic surveys are used to collect real-time data from employees, partners and customers, on a wide variety of subjects.
The scalable web-based application is built on Microsoft and proprietary MidStrata technology and consists of three main modules: the Survey Designer, Library and Publisher. Access to the system occurs through a web-based, secure, customizable and multi-lingual role-based employee portal.
Jordan Mobile Telephone Services (JMTS/Fastlink), founded in 1995, was the first operator to introduce mobile phone services into Jordan. In the year 2000, Fastlink became a subsidiary of ORASCOM Telecom, the largest GSM network operator in the Middle East and Africa, with more than 19 cellular operators in the region.
