MobileCom recently inaugurated a shop and customer care facility in Aqaba, located in the First Commercial Area, at the Jordan Telecom building. Customers in Aqaba and the region will be provided with direct services such as MobileCom lines, handsets, bill payment and customer services, confirmed a press release.
With the opening of the center and shop in Aqaba, MobileCom will have a total of six own shops and three customer care centers throughout the Kingdom and is expected to open a number of other branches in the near future. MobileCom is the Jordanian public mobile telephone network operator, and is the operator of the mobile communications license granted to Jordan Telecom. MobileCom is a member of the Jordan Telecom Group that also includes e-Dimensions and Global One.
The company launched its full public service in the Hashemite Kingdom in September 2000, combining Jordanian capabilities with the technological network management and operation experience of France Telecom. — (menareport.com)
