The Moroccan branch of a company supplying the German automobile giant Volkswagen has won an award for excellent service, according to local Moroccan press sources. The company won according to five top criteria.
Morocco is trying to position itself to become a manufacturing center based on its geographical proximity to Europe and Africa’s growing car market, its very low labor costs and its French speaking workforce. A number of factories have already been set up in Morocco supplying the European automobile market. Renault already manufactures its Logan model in Morocco. (albawaba.com)
