Dubai International Properties (DIP), the international property arm of Dubai Holding, on Tuesday declared the launch of 'Amwaj' - a tourism linked real estate project in Rabat, Morocco at an estimated cost of $2 billion (Dh7.35 billion).
The new project, will be executed by Dubai International Properties in cooperation with Caisse de Depot et de Gestion and SABR Management.
According to Khaleej Times, located on 100 hectares of land Amwaj will include components that will make the Bouregreg area of Rabat a tourist attraction. It will include a harbor for yachts, five star hotels and resorts and a convention centre to host international events and gatherings.
