New food and beverage executive joins renovated Sheraton Abu Dhabi

Hotelier Ilio Rodini has joined the newly renovated Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort and Towers as the executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage. Rodini, a 36-year-old Italian, said the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is becoming a mirror of the latest trends in international cuisine. “There’s no two ways about it—if it is being served in the food capitals such as New York and London you’ll be able to find it the UAE as well.” 

 

More than $40 million has been spent on refurbishment of the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort and Towers and many new five-star properties are set to open in the UAE capital.
