Radisson Hotels and Resorts, has appointed Mark Willis from the UK as General Manager of the Diplomat Radisson Hotel in Bahrain. Willis replaces Heimo Leitgeb, who moves to spearhead the chain's operations in Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Willis, 36, joins from Radisson Airport Hotel, Oslo, where he also was General Manager. He has extensive Middle East experience stemming from various management positions in Radisson and other industry players.
Radisson currently includes 117 hotels in operation and 42 hotels under development in 39 countries and is the sole franchiser in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa for Radisson Hotels and Resorts. — (menareport.com)
