The civic authorities in Ras al Khaimah (RAK) have formulated the first part of the new Real Estate Construction Specifications and Conditions Law. According to Khaleej Times, the new law specifies certain qualifications, standards and conditions that should be applied in any new building in this emirate.
RAK’s current construction law has been amended several times since it was put into effect some 37 years ago.
