According to AL-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the "Holy Capital City" Group has recently signed an alliance agreement with the Mubarak Emir Real Estate Group in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia to jointly purchase a piece of land.

The purchased land, which is estimated at 90,000 square meter area, cost SR 37 million ($10 million). The new alliance managed to win the deal after a taught competition by other real estate companies due to the unique geographical location of the land in the heart of Dhahran. The land will be connected with infrastructure services (water, electricity, sewage and roads) in order to be offered for residential and commercial projects.
