The official also estimated at OR 64,800 the property trade-in contracts and at OR 15,212,898 the property mortgage contracts in the April. The number of land plots registered for the first time in April was 3412, while number of lands owners in the Sultanate among the citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council States amounted to 47 during April, according to the same official.
